Sexuality is woven into so many parts of our lives—from how we relate to ourselves and experience our bodies to how we connect, communicate, and experience intimacy.

My work brings together sexuality education, somatic practices, and coaching informed by my training in the Somatica® Method. Depending on the person and their goals, our work may explore relationships, intimacy, communication, embodiment, sexual health, and connection with ourselves and others.

I work with individuals, families, professionals, organizations, and groups, including people with special needs. My goal is to create a space grounded in safety and respect, where people can ask questions, gain understanding, and have open conversations without shame or judgment.

Education & Training

I offer sessions, classess, and workshops for people with special needs, staff training, and parent education. My work is informed by specialized training in sexuality education, including training through Elevatus.
